Senior Fitness Trainer (NORTH HOLLYWOOD) - 818-370-3690

Hello, I am a senior, and a long-time fitness trainer, now specifically working with clients who are over 50 years of age! Being a senior myself, I understand, first hand, the specific health and wellness needs of that age group! I will come to your home, or nearly park, to show you how to obtain and maintain a higher quality of life! Ron McAdams 818 370 3690 coyfitness59@gmail.com
